Adly acquired Beambox in 2022. Beambox is an all-in-one Wifi marketing platform. It is the easiest way to provide guest Wifi that grows loyalty in hotels, restaurants, stadiums, and other hospitality venues. Since acquisition, we have focused on new integrations, data rich features, and new user experiences which has resulted in 30% year over year growth.
Rapid Translate
Adly acquired Rapid Translate in 2023. Rapid Translate is a certified translation service for documents and certificates with delivery within 24 hours. We have achieved a 50% year over year growth and completely revamped the user experience, streamlining purchase flows and expanding language options. By prioritizing customer experience and support, we have seen a 40% increase in customer return rates.

Adly acquired GeoPlugin in 2024. We initially were interested in GeoPlugin because our team was actively using it to configure native currency, pricing, and language for several of our portfolio companies. Now we are in the process of a full site redesign, purchase funnel refresh, and introducing new product features.

Adly acquired ipfind in 2024. Ipfind was purchased with intent to be an add-on to GeoPlugin. We are in the process of integrating the backend infrastructure and adding to the suite of features.
The Modest Man
Adly acquired The Modest Man in 2023. The Modest Man is a source for unbiased fashion reviews and tips for men. Since we acquired, we have increased topics and reviews along with increasing the loyal reader base by 28%.
The Slender Wrist
Adly acquired Slender Wrist in 2023. Slender Wrist is a popular watch review and enthusiast site that was acquired due to Shawn’s passion for collecting watches. Initially a small platform, it has experienced significant growth post acquisition.
Pageflows
Adly acquired Pageflows in 2023. Pageflows is a popular UI/UX design and inspiration tool. We are in the process of redesigning and rebranding the site while expanding our team to enhance both product offerings and inspiration output. Our goal is to provide better content and value to our customers.
Solve
Solve was founded in 2016 and backed by top Silicon Valley investors such as Y Combinator. We built out an entire booking platform for airport concierge services that allowed customers to connect with services in over 500 airports around the world. Solve was acquired by Blacklane in 2018.
